I am an expert in the field of medical device registration, architect of service solutions, and managing partner of KREDO.

• Since 2017, I have been engaged in medical device registration in Russia and the EAEU, building end-to-end routes — from analytics to obtaining registration certificates.
• In 2019, I founded KREDO to implement a new registration model based on service, automation, and accountability.
• Co-founder of the Simera-TK laboratory, which provides in-depth expertise in testing and logistics processes.
• Hold degrees in Law (Kutafin Moscow State Law University) and History (Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia), as well as experience working with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which shaped a systemic approach and strong international project management skills.
• Personally oversee key projects, build partnerships, and participate in industry forums and working groups.

David Izoria oversees technological strategy and innovation development at KREDO.

Under his leadership, the KREDO team has developed and implemented an innovative automation solution for data collection and registration dossier preparation for medical devices in compliance with international standards.

This solution increased registration speed and quality by 60% and served as a foundation for launching additional business process automation platforms.

David has extensive experience in IT and engineering architecture.

He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation and, before joining KREDO, worked in the field of data collection and processing automation, leading multiple projects focused on improving quality and reducing processing time.

With a legal background and many years of successful B2B sales experience, I don’t just analyze the market — I transform it, creating comfortable and beneficial conditions for both clients and end users.

My role is to find the perfect balance between company profitability and customer satisfaction.

Graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPHI) with a degree in International Relations,

and from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a specialization in Product Marketing and Analytics.
